WinPSP is a Windows XP/2000/NT/ME/98 application designed to work with the Microchip PICSTART Plus programmer. It was created to address a bug in MPLAB which makes it difficult to use the PICSTART Plus on Windows 2000 systems with multiple CPUs. It has been developed with additional features to make it suitable for public release.
